2. CONTENT & SERVICES

Through this website we provide various services, entirely for your entertainment, including the following:

a)      Live Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Services: provided and billed via a range of live person to person voice and recorded services available via a range of premium & national rate non geographic numbers (PRS) with the prefixes 0870, 0871, 090X. These numbers enable callers to: chat to our readers and listen to a range of pre-recorded content. All calls to Live person to person voice services will be recorded in accordance with the ICSTIS code of practice. These services are provided by Livemarket Limited.

b)      Instant Messaging (IM) Services: provided via a hosted web interface and billed by the deduction of 5 x credit for each message received by you from our live Reader. This service is available to members only and can be paid for by topping up an account with credits using Premium Rate Telephone Services (PRS, as described in (a) above), Premium Short Message Services (PSMS), Paypal or Credit Card. The Terms & Conditions of any third party billing method will be provided to you, by the third party, prior to acceptance of that billing method.

c)       WebCam Services (webcam): provided via a hosted web interface and billed by the deduction of 1 x credit for each message received by you from our live Reader. This service is available to members only and can be paid for by topping up an account with credits using Premium Rate Telephone Services (PRS, as described in (a) above), Premium Short Message Services (PSMS), Paypal or Credit Card. The Terms & Conditions of any third party billing method will be provided to you, by the third party, prior to acceptance of that billing method.

d)      SMS Reading Services (SMS): provided via a hosted web interface and billed by Premium Short Message Services (PSMS), where a charge will be incurred, billed to your mobile phone bill, for each message received to your mobile handset. Messages are only delivered to your handset after we have received a message from your handset.

These Services are charged to you on a range of tariffs, the cost of which will be clearly visible adjacent to the location of the promotion for that service on this website.  Please note that charges for calls from mobile networks may vary. Please check carefully that you are about to dial a number which is accessible from the country where you are located. We cannot be held responsible for potential charges incurred by you for attempting to access services not intended for the country where you are located.  Charges for your use of the Services where billing is provided by PRS or PSMS will appear on and be paid for via your phone bill.

3. COPYRIGHT

3.1 You may not use the Service, this Website or any part(s) thereof for any purposes other than for Your own personal use nor for any commercial purposes including, without limitation, leaving or distributing advertisements or promotions or offering, either directly or indirectly, services or goods for sale.

3.2 Your use of the Service, this Website and their contents grants no rights to you in relation to our intellectual property rights including, without limitation, trademarks, logos, graphics, photographs, animations, videos and text or the intellectual property of third parties in this Website and its contents or comprised in any of the Services.

However, we will not file a copy of these Terms as they specifically reflect our agreement with you.

You need to use a valid email address but you can choose any nickname – it doesn’t need to be your real name. Your Agony Aunt/ Uncle will only see your nickname when you talk to them. Your email address will be kept confidential.

You need to log in and add some credits to your account. Do this by clicking on any one of the payment methods in the box in the bottom right hand corner. You can spend as little as £2.50, which will buy 25 credits. All the messages you send are free, you only pay for the messages that you receive. Each message costs 5 credits.

If you don’t use all your credits they will remain in your account for you to use any time you need to come back to talk to someone.
