1. Is it confidential?
Yes, completely! There are no stored records of any IM sessions. An email address is needed to register but neither this nor any personal information is ever made public. You don’t even need to use your real name – you can choose a nickname. We recognise that all problems are private and personal and we respect that.

3. What can i ask you about?
Anything you like – we are here to help! We will offer advice to help you in any situation. But if your Agony Aunt feels that you may benefit from some professional help she will always advise you to seek it and give you contact details where possible.
4. What happens if i have a problem paying?

5. What if I am not happy with the advice I receive?
All our Agony Aunts and Uncles give honest advice. Sometimes this is not always what we want to hear. Just because you don’t get the answer you want doesn’t mean it is wrong. Our Aunts and Uncles will always try to guide you in the right direction to solving your problem, but the path is not always easy. If you really do not feel happy with the advice you have received please email members@instantagonyaunt.com
6. What will you use my email address for?
